Hello :) My name is Ashley Martin-Cuellar (she/her) and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and as you can see by the picture, a crazy cat lady! The kitty on the top is Vladimir and the kitty on the bottom is sweet Violet.

I have been a therapist for 13 years and am in awe at the beauty in the lived experience and journey of life.  I love the word grace, hence the name of my practice, because it speaks to the necessary gift we need to give ourselves and others as we navigate the unpredictability of daily life.

Hi! I’m Jenalee, a bilingual English and Spanish speaking Mental Health Counselor, Integrative Wellness Coach, and Yoga and Yoga Trapeze Instructor originally from New Mexico.

I have worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 6 years, providing individual and outpatient group therapy to diverse populations, as well as intensive treatment Multisystemic Therapy. I have worked in both private office and public school settings, giving me a wide range of contact with individuals of different backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic status. Currently, I work as a certified yoga instructor and Integrative Wellness Life Coach, as integrating the 4 body systems of mind, body, emotions, and spirit has become my passion in the work that I have done throughout the years as a counselor and yoga instructor. I am currently an EMDR therapist and very passionate and excited about what this therapy has to offer to clients and the belief that healing our traumas little by little can help heal our society.

I have a performing dance and classical piano background and these hobbies, as well as my yoga practice both as a teacher and as a lifelong student, are my personal therapy and passions that help me to come back to myself no matter where I am or what is happening around me.

I am a new mom and the transformation to motherhood has been one of the most rewarding insights into both myself and my clients, and has opened up my eyes to a great need for both pre- and postpartum support. I also am very passionate about immigrant communities as an immigrant working and living in various countries myself, and facilitating the wide array of hardships that come with integrating oneself into a new culture or country.

I am committed to working with individuals, couples, and families of multicultural populations and providing opportunities and support, and most of all, getting to know and listening to your individual story.

Trudie Lara-Smith, PhD, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I have always known I was meant to work with people. I realized the best way for me to do this was to be there for a person who needed someone to listen, confide and work with throughout their journey, in a safe and confidential space. There are times when people need to be seen as individuals or as couples, whatever the case may be, I am here to help guide you through the process.

As a military spouse for the last twenty-two years, I have worked with individuals, couples, military personnel, and their families personally and professionally. I understand all come with a unique set of circumstances. I have an MA in Counseling and a PhD in marriage and family therapy, emphasizing in military families. I am a native New Mexican, but I have also lived and worked across the U.S, and in three other countries. Working with people and seeing their hard work move them forward is the biggest reason I do this job. I hope to have the opportunity to assist you on your journey.

My values and therapeutic approach are rooted in humanism. My orientation leans heavily on the person-centered perspective while also integrating a variety of modalities suited to each client. I meet each client with a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective and aspire to empower them to become their authentic selves. I also have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am committed to working with individuals, couples, and families in a safe, nurturing, and empathetic space free of judgment. Through the therapeutic relationship and mutual collaboration, I aim to help clients develop an understanding of themselves, embrace emotional wellness, and grow in self-love. I desire to help clients find inner peace and live meaningful lives. My journey through life provides unique insights that I bring to my counseling approach. I live and practice through a holistic lens, understanding that our hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits are all integral to our humanity.

Returning to college for my graduate degree after raising my family was a lifelong dream. Being a native New Mexican, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends and am passionate about traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. I am married and have two adult children and one granddaughter. I highly value family time and the connection, sense of belonging, and love from my close family relationships.

Brittany Dawn Gordon, LAMFT, LMHC

Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello there! My name is Brittany, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Associate Mental Health Counselor. I currently hold a M.S. degree in Counseling and a B.A. degree in Child Development, both from California State University, Los Angeles.

I work with individuals (ages 14+), couples, groups, and families and have experience in working in the areas of trauma, parenting and co-parenting, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, anxiety and stress management, conflict resolution, and academic achievement. More specifically, I have a passion for child development and mental health education and this passion extends to helping caregivers (parents, guardians, etc.) develop in their caregiving skills which includes parent education, trauma-informed parenting skills, and strategies for navigating child behaviors.

For those who I work with on an individual basis, my goal is to nurture a collaborative and trusting partnership while we embark on the therapeutic journey together. It genuinely is a great privilege for me to work with individual clients and to have the opportunity to be part of their life story. I strive to help my clients become active participants in their growth and to discover solutions to their challenges.

When working with couples and families, I like to think of the therapeutic relationship as a pathway to obtaining skills to cultivate trust, honesty, humility, and respect within the relationship. I enjoy helping couples and families overcome challenges by fostering a sense of togetherness and partnership. The pathway to a healthy relationship, whether it be with a spouse, a child, a partner, a parent, etc., truly is through communication; and I hope to help the couples and families I work with to identify what is, and is not working, within their relationship dynamics.

My approach to the therapy process is with an open mind and an open heart. I view providing therapeutic support with diversity in mind, as we are all different with complex histories and experiences. With my background in systemic and individual therapy, I actively pull from different therapeutic models, theories, approaches, and interventions to support identified treatment goals. I look forward to working with you and your families and to become part of your journey.

Anna Peralta, LMHC

Techniques such as Sandplay, art therapy, and symbolic meaning enrich my sessions, providing valuable non-verbal outlets for clients, particularly those who may struggle with verbal communication.

Having worked extensively with youth, I possess a deep understanding of developmental stages and the unique challenges children and adolescents face. This insight allows me to tailor interventions to meet the distinct needs of clients at all ages. Skip Loehr, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

My name is Skip Loehr, and I am a therapist at Grace Therapy & Associates. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy is a place where people can reclaim their stories, heal relational wounds, and deepen their sense of purpose and meaning.

For me, this profession is a call to be fully present, to honor the courage of those who seek support, and to hold hope for the possibility of relational healing—even in the most difficult moments.

My practice centers:

• Couples of all orientations and relationship styles

• Healing attachment wounds and family patterns

• Navigating queerness, sexuality, and gender identity

• Supporting teens and young adults

• Grief, loss, and life transitions

• Religious trauma and questioning

• Neurodivergence

• Moving through conflict into connection and rebuilding trust

My developing identity as a counselor weaves together PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy), Attachment Theory, IFS (Internal Family Systems), transpersonal psychotherapy. PACT and EFCT have taught me the importance of secure relationships and emotional attunement, highlighting how neurobiology and attachment shape behavior and relational patterns. IFS has opened my eyes to the incredible complexity of the human psyche, showing how recognizing, understanding, and integrating our internal parts can foster greater self-compassion and healing.

I approach therapy with the belief that healing is not only individual, but also deeply interconnected with our relationships, communities, systems, and environments. My intention is to hold each session with reverence for the interplay of fragility and resilience within every relationship, creating a space where individuals, teens, and couples can feel supported in their journey toward self-acceptance, secure attachment, and meaningful connection.
